Mindy Rocha, Owner of CJ Industries
Having worked in the construction industry over 20 years, for Mindy Rocha, starting CJ Industries in 2013 was a dream come true. Passion for the construction industry as well as the business world began early in life for Mindy Rocha, observing and learning from her father and grandfather, both union men. Her commitment to a strong work ethic is exhibited through company professionalism, productivity, and successful projects.
Mindy Rocha is the incoming Community Vice President for Junior League of Johnson and Wyandotte Counties. Mindy is also the incoming Vice President of the Greater Kansas City Chapter #100 of NAWIC. Mindy is a board member of Young Women on the Move. Other community involvement includes membership in the following industry groups: Kansas City, Kansas Chamber of Commerce, WCOE (Women Construction Owners and Executives), NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners), US Women’s Chamber of Commerce, and the Women’s Executive Network.
