CJ Industries, a general, mechanical and millwright construction company in Kansas City is owned by Mindy Rocha. CJ Industries is certified as a Women Owned Firm and Minority Owned company in both the State of Kansas and the State of Missouri. Additionally, the business is certified as a Women Owned Firm in Kansas City, MO.

Having worked in the construction industry over 20 years, for Mindy Rocha, starting CJ Industries in 2013 was a dream come true. Passion for the construction industry as well as the business world began early in life for Mindy Rocha, observing and learning from her father and grandfather, both union men. Her commitment to a strong work ethic is exhibited through company professionalism, productivity, and successful projects. 

Mindy Rocha is the incoming Community Vice President for Junior League of Johnson and Wyandotte Counties. Mindy is also the incoming Vice President of the Greater Kansas City Chapter #100 of NAWIC. Mindy is a board member of Young Women on the Move.
